M-1 RAIL Realizes Vision: A Final Report

When M-1 RAIL embarked on the streetcar project, we committed to build and operate a streetcar system ready to transfer to a regional transit authority. We envisioned the QLINE as one piece of a larger, better-connected regional transit system. This transition is a victory for all of us.
